01 What is the warranty coverage?

We offer a 1-Year Full Replacement Warranty starting from the date of delivery. If your product experiences any non-human hardware defects within 1 year, we will directly replace it with a brand-new unit instead of repairing it.

02 Who pays for shipping on returns and replacements?

Defective Items: If the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, we provide a prepaid return shipping label — you pay nothing.

Change of Mind: For non-quality-related returns within the 14-day window, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees.

03 What is NOT covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover user-induced damage or normal wear and tear, including:

  • Accidental drops, liquid/water damage, or external impact.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or third-party repairs.
  • Cosmetic wear and natural battery/accessory degradation over time.

EARLY FEEDBACK

Tested by early users

Beta testers have been putting S7 through its paces. Here's what they're saying.

"I wore these for a full workday — 8 hours straight — and forgot they were there. No ear fatigue at all. The open-ear design is a game changer for office use."

DM
David M.
Software Engineer · Beta Tester

"The soundscapes are incredible. I can tell they're real field recordings, not synthesized white noise. The glacier melt track actually helps me focus better than any focus app I've tried."
